Schedule for Staffing AAS NVO Booth
Critical times are the main coffee breaks and cocktail hour, where we should have at least two or three people on hand. During oral sessions one or two people are usually adequate. Anyone is welcome to be on hand at any time! But do please sign up for times you can commit to. Note that the Wednesday 1:30-4:00pm slot overlaps with the VO Special Session. We will probably just run a rolling slide show and put up a sign encouraging people to attend the session.
