BACKGROUND: I'm an astronomer with little experience in java, python, C#, C, C++, php but with knowledge of html, f77, perl, cgi-bin, iraf cl, and the U.K. Starlink environment.

AIMS:I want to create tools that astronomers will use regularly, and promote the use of archives and the VO.
