It is currently snowing in Socorro, although it should be cleared out by Tuesday. So don't expect it to be warm!

You can park anywhere in the large parking lot to the South of the AOC. When you enter the building the meeting room (the AOC auditorium) will be just off the lobby and on your right.

For those staying in the NRAO guest house, registration information will be found in the AOC building. Look in the area at the back of the lobby where the mail boxes are. Entry to the building after hours can be obtained by using the phone outside the main door to call the VLBA operator.

The Holiday Inn is about 1/4 mile down California avenue, on the left side, just after you get off I-25 at the first Socorro exit (150). The exit dumps you right onto California Ave.

Some good bets for dinner are Socorro Springs, Armijo's, El Camino, K-Bobs, Rancher's Stakehouse, Val Verde. Also El Sombrero, however this is where the group dinner will be held on Wednesday evening.

For those going on the VLA tour we can carpool since it is a one hour drive each way to the site. We leave at 1:30pm from the front of the AOC. Dress warmly.
